Recycling

At the end of the life cycle failure and rejected glasses can be given back by customers if they join in to the Dutch Cups Return System. The customer receives a number of free storage boxes and once they are filled up with old glasses Dutch Cups picks the boxes up and brings back empty ones free of charge. The selected glasses are cleaned, crushed and processed to regranulate (= recycled raw material). After this process of recycling the material is ready to start a second life. Examples are carrying trays, light boxes and crates.
